The Bureau of Cannabis Control (set up as Bureau of Marijuana Control under Proposition 64, earlier the Bureau of Medical Marijuana Regulation is an office of the State of California inside the Department of Consumer Affairs, accused of controlling clinical cannabis (MMJ) as per state law in accordance with the Medical Cannabis Regulation and Safety Act passed by the council in 2015 and the Adult Use of Marijuana Act (Proposition 64), passed by citizen activity in November 2016.
