California Department of Parks and Recreation

The California Department of Parks and Recreation deals with the California state parks framework. The framework regulates 280 separate park units on 1.4 million acres of land, with more than 280 miles of coastline; 625 miles of lake and stream facing; almost 15,000 camping areas; and 3,000 miles of climbing, trekking, and equestrian path. Settled in Sacramento, park organization is separated into 21 locale. The California State Parks framework is the biggest state park framework in the United States.
